These guidelines outline the rules and regulations for the use of PageTurner's Website, located at https://pageturner.info.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these guidelines. Do not continue to use Page Turner if you do not agree to take all of the guidelines stated on this page.

Membership :

• Membership is valid only for the subscribed plan duration.

• Membership is non-transferable.

• One membership can be used only by members of the same household

Borrowing Books :

• You can borrow 3 books per week.

• This allows you to read up to 12 books per month (approximately 36 books in 3 months, 72 books in 6 months, and 144 books in a year).

• Books should be returned before requesting the next set of books.

• Requests are fulfilled based on availability.

Book Condition :

• Please handle books with care.

• Do not write, highlight, fold pages, tear pages, or damage the books.

• Keep books away from food, water, pets, and anything that may damage them.

Lost or Damaged Books

• If a book is lost or severely damaged, the member must either:

  • Replace it with the same title in good condition, or

  • Pay the replacement cost of the book.

Delivery & Pickup

• Home delivery and pickup are available in our service areas.

• Delivery schedules may vary depending on location and demand.

• Please keep books packed and ready during pickup.

• Book requests are usually delivered the next day. However, depending on delivery schedules and demand, it may take up to 2 days for your books to be delivered. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Book Availability:

• We strive to provide your requested books whenever possible.

• If a title is unavailable, we may recommend similar books based on the reader's age and interests.

• Our website is updated regularly to reflect book availability.

• Please note that books borrowed on the same day may be updated on the website only at the end of the day. As a result, a book may temporarily appear as "Available" even though it has already been borrowed earlier that day.

Membership Cancellation:

• Membership fees are non-refundable once activated.

• Membership cannot be paused or transferred.

Every returned book brings joy to another reader. Thank you for helping us keep our library in excellent condition.
